The POSSE eReferral module makes it easy to circulate a package of information to a number of stakeholders for their comment, input, and/or approval. Launching a referral is as simple as picking the template, uploading relevant documents, and identifying the list of recipients. The system can send out hardcopies, emails, or internal notices. POSSE keeps track of who has responded, sends out reminders, and keeps the process moving forward smoothly. GIS Integration enables the system to derive recipient lists based on geographically defined areas of interest. Individual agencies can be designated as self-managed, so each agency can maintain their own data.
