POSSE ABC Customer Receives Visionary Award

Denver, CO – Computronix is pleased to announce that Debbi Beavers, ABC Licensing Manager for the State of Kansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Department of Revenue, has received a Visionary Award from the Department for her work in envisioning and implementing the new POSSE ABC system. The Visionary Award is given to an associate or team who “thought outside the box” or presented a new paradigm/model to improve the effectiveness of the Department. In the nomination, Dean Reynoldson, Director of the Kansas ABC Division, said the following:

“Debbi Beavers had been promoting a new system for ABC for years, but late in 2012, she would not take no for an answer. She could clearly envision the benefits for the agency and liquor industry. For that, she is being nominated for the Visionary Award.

Debbi led the effort for ABC in implementing the new POSSE ABC system. The new system is a game-changer for the agency. Setbacks are a part of any new project, but Debbi dealt with them in a way that ensured the best outcome for all parties. Looking out for the needs of all parties, who at times, have conflicting agendas, is no easy task, but Debbi did it with persistence and positive energy.

The POSSE ABC System provides licensee customers with ability to manage and monitor their interactions with ABC. The System streamlined business process, reduced phone calls and postage, reduced errors, and facilitated better case management.”
