Alcohol regulatory agencies are facing new pressures – more complex compliance, rising workloads, and increased scrutiny. To help agencies navigate this environment, the National Liquor Law Enforcement Association (NLLEA) and the IJIS Institute have developed functional specifications designed to guide agencies through writing effective RFPs, strengthening data collection, and protecting against legal challenges.
CX is proud to support this important initiative. With decades of experience serving alcohol regulators across North America, our POSSE ABC solution already delivers much of this functionality out-of-the-box. That means agencies adopting these specifications can move forward with confidence, knowing proven tools are available today. As an approved vendor through NASPO ValuePoint, CX also helps streamline procurement in most states, making it easier to move quickly from planning to implementation.
