Customer notifications are configurable by the customers themselves. Each customer is provided with a list of notification types to which they may subscribe or unsubscribe. Historical information, status checks, and customized reports are provided via the Public Portal.
The system includes a variety of out-of-the-box email notifications to which users (both internal and external) can subscribe. Each notification corresponds to an event or milestone (such as permit issuance or inspection completion). These notifications can be made available via text message (SMS) as well.
