Public users can, for example, apply for permits and licenses, schedule inspections, upload documents, and make complaints. The Public Portal is extensible without vendor involvement via the Stage configuration application. With POSSE’s fully responsive design, screen sizes automatically adjust and are presented for optimal viewing for the device being used to access the Public Portal – smartphone, tablet or PC.
