Through POSSE’s online Citizen Portal, citizens can self-manage their searches, queries, complaints, etc., without registering a profile. However, frequent users will be able to create their own online profiles, update contact information, submit applications, request inspections, receive notifications, make payments, view history and project status – all from their own dashboard. Additionally, OAuth integration enables users to access the portal with their existing Google, Microsoft or Facebook accounts.
