CITY OF RIVERSIDE AWARDS PERMIT TRACKING SOFTWARE PROJECT TO COMPUTRONIX

DENVER – COMPUTRONIX (U.S.A) of Denver, CO is pleased to announce that the City of Riverside, CA has selected the POSSE Land Management System (“POSSE LMS”) software to replace the City’s legacy Permit Tracking system.

The rapidly growing City of Riverside (population 315,000) is the 12th largest city in California and the most populous city of Southern California’s Inland Empire region. The City’s Community & Economic Development Department, in partnership with other City Departments, serves the public and works with citizens, businesses, developers and organizations to accomplish investment that contributes to economic development and advance the City’s quality of life.

“The City spent the last several years carefully evaluating the available products to replace our legacy system,” said Al Zelinka, Assistant City Manager. “We are pleased to be partnering with Computronix, a company whose project success and proven technology are highly regarded in the industry.”

The City selected Computronix to implement its innovative POSSE LMS solution as part of their Business Ready Riverside Strategy to expand the City’s readiness for facilitating new business and investment as the economy continues to improve. POSSE LMS will tightly integrate with key City systems including the City’s ePlan Review and support the City’s needs for integrated web-based public accessibility and more efficient facilitation of internal automation of processes. POSSE LMS will support permitting and related activities for Building and Safety, Planning, Code Enforcement, Fire Prevention, Public Works and Public Utilities.
