cxPathFinder End-User Application

Once the Web branding, tree structure and Q&A content has been completed, your site-specific decision tree is ready for use by your customers. cxPathFinder can be branded by your Webmaster to match the look and feel of your organization’s Web standards utilizes Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

The cxPathFinder end-user application begins with a list of all the starting point categories defined earlier. Each category has its own box with the related sub-category listed.

Once the user completes the path, a final summary window displays all the questions and answers in the session, even those automatically answered. The administrator can choose to display the questions and answers in long form if desired. The Administrator can also configure the path so that the questions and answers entered would contain instructions to the user as to how they could expect to proceed through the various business processes related to the type of activity they have chosen.
