Benefits and Features
cxPathFinder is designed to simply and effectively lead users through a structured Q&A path about a particular subject or desired activity in order to provide them with the information they need. For example, if your customers need to know the types of permits they require prior to construction projects, cxPathFinder enables you to configure a Q&A path that they follow to find out the information they need, including hyperlinks to other forms or information they will need.
This removes the need for customers to call your staff for basic information that can be retrieved via your website. cxPathFinder can also be used by call center staff to effectively answer questions from telephone queries, allowing a summary to be e-mailed to the caller if needed.
One of the unique features of cxPathFinder is its ability to utilize previous answers as well as external information to help answer questions. cxPathFinder will not present questions to the user if the answer can be found based on previous answers or from information in other systems, such as GIS.
Another key feature of cxPathFinder is the ability to integrate with existing corporate system data to leverage your organizations existing knowledge. cxPathFinder can leverage information in any corporate system to answer questions and filter data in a Q&A decision tree path.
