Administration Application

The cxPathFinder Administration application is browser-based. It is used to develop and manage your question & answer paths (tree structure) for one or multiple languages. Your trained staff are able to manage your cxPathFinder system effectively without specialized computer or Web development training.

Trained cxPathFinder administrators or Subject Matter Experts (SME) use the Administration application to define the starting points, or categories, of your business processes. The cxPathFinder Administration application takes users through various browser-based point-and-click activities and text-input steps.

Administrators configure the question-and-answer paths needed to enable end-users to quickly retrieve information and instructions they need. These administrators are able to build and evolve a library of questions and answers based on actual business and customer needs and feedback.

The system can be set up for different customer types, such as licensees, operators, contractors or other professionals, who would use the system frequently, or average citizens, who might use the system only once.

Multiple Language Support

As cxPathFinder is a Web application, it readily supports presentation of questions and answer paths in multiple languages, depending on your customer needs. The administrator can configure the same Q&A paths in English, Spanish or French, etc.. The end-user would simply select the preferred language at the beginning of a consultation process and continue on answering the questions.
