POSSE’s Surface Water Management module addresses the licensing and reporting requirements of Environmental departments/divisions, charged with the licensing and tracking of surface water usage. Applicants complete the appropriate usage permit and the system manages an extensive process of review, including technical (hydrologist/hydrogeologist) reviews and assessments.
Within the POSSE database, the stream flow hierarchy is captured including points of interest such as diversions, reserves, and protected areas. Dam and power plant information is captured and tracked to allow alternatives to billing for water usage (power generation.)
Invoicing for annual billing, with support for the Accounts Receivable process are included.
