Training Services

Getting up to speed on your POSSE^® or Earthwon^® skills is easier than ever. Education Services offers a wide range of training and mentoring services to help meet your business needs. All training is delivered by a qualified instructor or subject matter expert (SME) and may be delivered formally (i.e. in-class) on the client site or in our Computronix Canada Head office. Training can also be delivered remotely, completed independently (e-learning), or using a mentoring approach .

Meeting Your Training Goals

Computronix Education Services is committed to helping clients maximize their investment by helping them define their POSSE or Earthwon training goals. Whether you wish to begin basic user training, enhance user configuration skills or increase staff productivity, Education Services is available to help define an enablement plan that will see you achieve your business needs.

The heart of our Education Services Program revolves around what is called a “role.” Education Services has defined five roles that help to identify the responsibilities your staff will be required to perform as part of your POSSE or Earthwon implementation. Once your staff are familiar with the role(s) they will be required to perform, Education Services can enable them with the skills they need to perform the responsibilities of their assigned roles.

Enablement Plan

Whether you’re starting a new project or need to enhance existing staff skills, Computronix Education Services has an enablement strategy – what we call an Enablement Plan. The diagram below illustrates the various levels of an Enablement Plan.
